To assist in institutional upgrading efforts, the Growth and Employment Platform has initiated four PhD scholarships at each of the four partner universities in Ghana and Tanzania.

All candidates have been selected through a joint screening process. The PhD students are enrolled at home with the main supervisor from their own institution and with a co-supervisor from Denmark. Each of the PhD students will stay for a period up to 10 months divided in two stays at a Danish university.
